Home Remedies for Headaches and Migraines

A headache caused by tension results from the contraction of muscles in the head and neck. Other causes for headaches are emotional, because of hormonal changes, or exhaustion.
Chamomile tea – 1 handful of chamomile grain and 1/2 liter of water. Put chamomile in boiling water and remove from heat. Wait a few minutes and strain. Add a few drops of lemon and drink.
